This wonderful family home is situated in a lovely village of Charlton Musgrove a few miles away from Bruton, Somerset. Although very spacious inside it has lots of charm and a really cozy feel to it. The Forge is surrounded by outstanding beauty and is the perfect countryside escape with fantastic local pubs, restaurants and fun places to visit right on the doorstep. The space As you enter the hallway you'll have access to the boot room to hold all your wellies, shoes and suitcases. The kitchen is straight ahead with a large hallway leading up to the bedrooms. There is a large kitchen table that sits 10 and the island is surrounded by bar stools, an electric hob, gas hob, small TV and plenty of space to cook, should you want to! The kitchen also has an area with three sofas to unwind. There is a desk should you need it and plenty of other spaces to have some peace and quiet. Next to the kitchen is the main sitting room which has a very large comfy sofa and a large TV with sky. There is a downstairs loo next to the playroom and close to the kitchen. Further down the house is a laundry room that has an additional dishwasher & washing machine. Plenty of hanging space to dry your clothes and an electric hanging dryer. The games/play room has a combination of entertainment - not least the crazily big beanbags. The table tennis can be in or outside. The bar football and other fun games are all here with plenty of space for all friends and family to sit. With a large TV screen & sky this is the perfect place to sit and watch a movie. The very large kitchen has fantastic folding doors that open up onto the patio where you’ll see horses and pigmy goats. There is a little copse on the left of the garden full of butterflies, birds and pretty fruit trees. The outside has plenty of space to kick a ball around or simply chill in the sunshine on a lounger. There is also a trampoline and a croquet set for any of you that want to give that a go! UPSTAIRS There are 5 DOUBLE rooms with 2 Superking beds & 3 King beds and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom has two chests of draws, an en-suite with a beautiful double basin, large bath with shower attachments. The 2nd bedroom is just along the landing with a bathroom next to it which has a luxurious double basin, large bath with shower attachments. The rest of the bedrooms are all of a similar size providing hanging and draw space. All three rooms are next to the walk in shower. The Forge is a wonderful family home that is the perfect space to be shared with friends and family. You'll enjoy a very peaceful setting with lots of activities and fun places to see. Guest access There is ample parking in the driveway for up to 6 cars. Other things to note As it is a newly renovated house the fencing around the house isn't completely secure for those wondering dogs just yet. The garden is large with a little copse and a wild garden with lots of butterflies and flowers.
