It is an apartment that belongs to an old building in the Gracia neighborhood, it is small but has a lot of charm. It is cozy, very bright and is on the third floor without an elevator that will help you stay fit. There is a dining room, a kitchen with all the cooking utensils, a toilet, a bathroom, a terrace and a balcony. THE GUEST HAS A SPACE JUST FOR HIM/HER, WITH A SINGLE BED, STUDY TABLE AND DRESSER, THE SPACE IS CLOSED WITH CURTAINS, THERE IS NO DOOR!!! Other things to note I AM LOOKING FOR A VERY CALM PERSON WITH POSITIVE ENERGY TO TAKE CARE OF THE APARTMENT AS IF IT WERE THEIR OWN. AND TO BE VERY RESPECTFUL OF THE NEIGHBORS AND THE HOUSE RULES
