Guest access The house is located in the municipality of Aquiraz, next to Fortaleza, in the Porto das Dunas neighborhood. The residence is excellently located, next to the Beach Park Hotel, with access to the beach on foot or by car (just 600 meters away). On Av. Oceano Atlântico, 500 meters from the house, there are several options for restaurants, such as pizzerias, steakhouses, delicatessens, hamburgers; as well as markets, a beverage, water and gas store, gas station, 24-hour bank, pharmacy, tire repair shop and beach supply store. At Porto das Dunas Beach, just a 7-minute walk away, there are excellent kiosk options, such as the Beach Park kiosk and the Tadeu kiosk. The neighboring beaches, Sabiaguaba beach (8 km) and Prainha (10 km), offer paradisiacal scenery and good kiosk infrastructure. About parking at the house, there is garage space for two cars and garden space for up to three cars. The place is very quiet and safe. Other things to note There is a caretaker, Mr. Gabriel, very discreet, responsible for maintaining the outdoor area and who lives in the attached room (caretaker's house). His access is through the back of the residence, respecting the privacy of guests. Next to the residence is a communication tower.
