When you walk in the front door you will enter into the spacious open concept design living areas with abundant natural light, and views to the pool and back yard areas, perfect for entertaining and relaxing. The living room has a large sectional sofa and plenty of seating for large groups and a large smart TV. The formal dining has seating for 10. Staying for dinner? The generous and well equipped kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. All bedrooms (per guests) have very comfortable beds. Bedrooms one and two each have king size beds with smart TV's and en-suite bathrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms each have queen beds, smart TV's, and en suite bathrooms. Perfect to accommodate large groups. Bedroom 5 has a king size bed with 2 automatic inflatable queen air mattresses in the closet that can be used throughout the house. Bedroom 6 has a full size bed. Bedrooms 5 and 6 share the 5th full bathroom with a walk in shower. The resort backyard is complete with a large swimming pool, built in BBQ gas grill, fireplace and 3 fully furnished patio areas. Enjoy a meal outside at the outdoor dining table while soaking in the magnificent 360 degree mountain views of Camelback, Piestawa and Mummy mountains. Stay here for a truly unforgettable experience!!! Guest access When you arrive park your car in front of the house on the eastern most side of the property on the brown gravel drive. If there are more than 3 cars staying on property during your stay, please let us know so we can appropriately address. Other things to note We can provide the following extra amenities at a fee to ensure your convenience and comfort: * POOL HEAT - Set to approximately 80 degrees. $150 per day - PLEASE NOTE - we can only heat the pool for your entire stay, from day of check in through day prior to your checkout day. A separate payment request ($150 times the number of nights booked) will be sent to facilitate this. Notice and payment for the pool heat must be made one week prior to arrival date. * Early Check-in & Check-out. (if available) $250 per check in or late check out. We charge this to be able to turn the space over in half the time with double the cleaning staff. The earliest check in for an added fee that we can accommodate is 2pm and the latest checkout for an additional added fee we can accommodate is 12pm. * Air mattresses - 4 of the 5 beds in bedroom 5 are air mattresses, 2 are provided complimentary upon request and up to 2 more can be provided upon request for $25 each per night. * Highchair and Pack and Play provided upon request. $50 each * Stays longer than a week. The house must be cleaned, linens and towels changed etc. once per week. Therefore for stays of 10 days or more, the weekly cleaning charge will be charged per week. * Damage Deposit. Stays of 2.5 weeks or more will be charged / assessed an additional $500 deposit. * The Trolley - The trolley is seasonal typically running between Mid January to Mid April but schedules and seasons timings vary from year to year so we recommend to looking on the internet for Scottsdale trolley to get the latest and greatest information and scheduling. * Special Note: The house is in a residential neighborhood so we ask everyone to respect the neighbors quiet enjoyment of their properties. Town noise ordinance levels are strictly enforced. Since the pool area has cafe lights and Scottsdale and Paradise Valley monitor for loud noise, we ask that the pool lights be turned off every night prior to turning in for the night but for sure no later 10pm. * Please note that in the summer months the Arizona cold tap water can run less cold than the rest of the country because our local municipal water delivery systems piping does not have to be buried in the ground very deep as we get no frost, therefore our hot dessert temperatures can affect the cold water temps. * THERE IS TO BE NO MOVING OF FURNITURE OR OUTDOOR PATIO TABLES AND CHAIRS * STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS.
