This two-story Ladson Living located in the suburbs of Charleston has everything within reach for a comfortable stay. It features a wooden deck in a fenced in backyard to host small gathering not for a big and loud party. Pets are not allowed,too! We won’t accept guests from 25 miles radius of our place unless it is booked by guest with good review. Again local residents are not allowed! Upstairs has the bedrooms, one with a private bathroom and two with a shared bath. The third bedroom only has a couch for an additional guest. Downstairs has a living room, kitchen, dining room, breakfast room, powder room, and laundry room. Guest will be provided the lockbox code prior to their check in. They can have their own privacy and can move freely around the house. Since we are out of town, we have someone to help out if anything goes amiss. Friendly neighbors and a convenience store right across the street. This home is NOT child proofed and has stairs to the 2nd floor. There is one television upstairs. NO big parties !!!No smoking, eating or drinking in the bedrooms!
