The space This cottage has been in our family for over a century, it has a real homely feel and boasts an array of original features, large stone fireplace, flagstone floor, beamed ceilings, cob stone walls. but has all the modern comfort that you need after a day at the beach or exploring the Devon countryside. The cottage has two large double bedrooms, one King size and one Double. Both beds have new mattresses for a great nights sleep! The big loft room has an over head projector and a big screen for fun movie nights or matinées. The 3rd bedroom has a pine cabin bed, with a possibility of a extra quality fold away bed or travel cot, if requested. A new upstairs luxury shower room with large rain shower. A down stairs family bathroom with bath. A homely farmhouse style kitchen with a large gas hob, double electric oven, dishwasher, mircowave, and dining table. The utility cupboard has a large 9kg washing machine and first aid kit. A cosy living room with both a 2 and 3 seater sofa, wood burner, smart WIFI HD TV with DVD player. There are french doors leading out into the garden. There is wifi throughout the house. The cottage has its own delightful secure private garden with new rattan furniture, decking and pristine artificial grass lawn - Yay! No Mud! all year round. which is perfect for doggies. There is also a well stocked log store for use during your stay, for that real country cottage feel. The cottage offers a unique experience for families or friends wishing to explore the local south Devon area. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and a private secure garden as if it were their own. We provide clean bed linen, fresh towels and dog towels for your furry friends. We recommend guests should bring their own beach towels.
