Within a 10 minute drive, you are able to find the Las Vegas Strip, the Las Vegas Convention Center, UNLV, and Downtown Las Vegas. Within walking distance you can find an abundance of local businesses including grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and pharmacies. The space --This is not an event or a party house-- --The max occupancy at anytime is 10. Make sure you get an accurate count of who will be staying, as only 10 are allowed at all times-- Our doors are open for you and your guests to have a memorable trip while in the city. You'll have plenty of space to spread out with over 2100 sq. feet on 2 separate floors. Walk thru the front doors to find an open concept living area. Lounge around and spend some quality time with your guests in the living room with large sectional! . The kitchen is stocked with the essentials, perfect for cooking at home or ordering take out. We do not offer cable service. There are free TV app channels downloaded into the TV, you're also more than welcome to download and log in to your own favorite and subscribed apps. The 2 car garage is next to the kitchen, where you will also find the washer and dryer. The first floor also has the first bedroom just off of the living room, as well as a half bathroom adjacent to the stairs. Head upstairs and find the remaining 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are just as you walk up, and the first full bathroom is located just down the hallway. The last bedroom, the master, and is located at the end of the corridor. It has its own large bathroom with double sink vanity and walk in closet. Outside in the backyard, use the grill on those summer days to have a good ol' BBQ! During those colder winter nights, cozy up, relax and enjoy your company around the warm firepit! Guest access You will have access to the entire house, with the exception of a locked housekeeping closet inside the home, and a couple of locked housekeeping cabinets in the garage. You will not have access to these at any point during your stay. Other things to note We have our gardener scheduled to do his service every other Tuesday. He will be on property from approximately 4p-7p. During this time, he will ONLY access the front and backyard. We cannot reschedule his service. If this is something that might concern you, please ask questions ahead of time to see if his service falls during your stay. He will do his best to finish quickly and efficiently. The grill is propane, feel free to use as needed. If empty, there are various convenience/grocery stores in the area where you can refill. Just send us a picture of the receipt for a reimbursement.
