Located on the seafront, the “Via Fiume” apartment in Casa di Marco is an excellent solution for those who want to stay in the beautiful city of Gallipoli. The balcony offers a beautiful sea view and the environment is furnished with accurate taste. The apartment is an open space with bedroom, living room and kitchen equipped with oven, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and refrigerator. There are two double beds. The space While remaining close to the center, the apartment is located in a residential neighborhood that is not affected by tourist confusion. Its position is strategic because it is only 50 meters from the sea, thus enjoying the possibility of a refreshing bath in the crystal clear waters of Gallipoli and only a 10-minute walk to reach the center of the city where you can go shopping and admire all its beauty (churches, parks, typical restaurants and shops). The apartment has been tastefully renovated and has all the comforts: air conditioning, washing machine, large window with shutter, awning, TV and wifi. The large balcony is a living space where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and dinners in peace. During the renovation, quality materials were chosen that give the house a particularly refined appearance. The apartment is equipped with the Energy Saver system, a security system based on a flash drive that interrupts the air conditioning when you are not at home.
