Walk two minutes to the beach and Marine Parade walk and bike way. The guest suite is on the downstairs floor and is very private. We are right on Moa park with your own gate. Off-street parking is available. Close to central parade and the Mount attractions, this is a beautiful guest suite by the beach! The space The space is two bedrooms with kitchenette and bathroom. 1. A studio room with a queen bed, lounge and kitchette in one large space. TV with Netflix and couches and dining room table (This is a combined lounge- bedroom space). 2. A large second bedroom with queen bed plus 2nd TV. A spacious private bathroom A well equipped kitchenette (not a full oven). Shared Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Laundry powder provided - please message us if you will be using the laundry. We will send a code to the main entrance of the house. Go through the door to your right as you come in to the garage area. You will see the laundry. We have a lovely guest suite within our house for your exclusive use. Please note we live upstairs and can assist guests with any queries. You may hear the occasional noise from upstairs. Off Street parking provided for one car. Guest access Check in 3 pm or by negotiation Back House. Off-street parking is provided. Come down the drive and park in the corner close to the blue wall Your apartment is the downstairs area. Go through the wooden gate by the blue wall and see the ranch slider entrance - the lockbox is on the nearest post. The laundry is shared with us please message us if you wish to use it we will provide a code to come into the main house entrance.
