Large and bright 80 sqm two-room apartment equipped with every comfort and facilities, consisting of a spacious living area with minimal and design furniture, a multi-equipped kitchen, a large double bedroom and a modern and well-finished bathroom with all the details included. The apartment is equipped with a very powerful fiber optic wifi network, suitable for those who want to watch a movie in HD or have to spend several hours at the PC for study or work. The space The apartment has recently been completely renovated: we wanted to create a welcoming, warm atmosphere, which would give the guest the feeling of being at home. The living area consists of a living room characterized by minimal and design furniture, smart TV with Fire Tv, Netflix and Amazon Prime, large dining table and double sofa bed. Adjacent is a large open kitchen complete with all appliances and accessories, with american-style counter and stools. There is a kettle, a microwave oven and a pod coffee machine with which you can enjoy an excellent Italian espresso! The double bedroom is very large and bright and equipped with large wardrobes, bed with comfortable and high memory form mattresses and pillows, bed linen. Finally, the bathroom features a tub with shower, with all accessories included (bath linen, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hairdryer, etc.). We wanted every comfort to be present to make the stay even more pleasant for our guests, without leaving anything out. In the "services" list you can find the complete list. The apartment can accommodate up to 4/5 people and animals (even if we love them!) are unfortunately not allowed. Guest access The apartment is located in a very strategic central area as it is close to Bocconi University and a few light rail stops from Piazza Duomo and the center. In the immediate vicinity there are stops for tram 15 and 3 on the preferential lane, bus 65, 95, 90 and 91. The closest metros are the new M4 Santa Sofia and the M2 Famagosta. In just a few minutes on foot you can also reach the new Tibaldi/Bocconi stop of the S9 railway link. In this way it is possible to quickly reach many points in Milan and with just a few stops on the new M4 Metro to Linate airport. In front of the house there is a large equipped park where you can walk or do outdoor sports. Parking is free in the streets under the house, while in the adjacent park area there are numerous other paid car parks. Near the apartment there are several charging stations for electric cars. Other things to note We have lived in this area and in this house for many years and all our most precious memories are kept here. Everything has been designed, built, made with great care because we wanted it not only to be “a home”, but to give the sensation of “feeling at home” and to reflect us. A welcoming place where you can spend your evenings in peace in front of a movie or host the comings and goings of friends who have always been welcome here. Today we have decided to move and to rent our nest with the hope that here it will be possible to receive the same warmth that we have received.
