This spacious guest suite has a living area, queen bed, washer/dryer, and an eat-in kitchen area. Located in a safe, quiet, family-oriented neighborhood in Enterprise where you will frequently see joggers, walkers, and their dogs out for a stroll. Kindly review additional house rules prior to booking. The entire guest suite is yours to enjoy! There is also a semi-private backyard patio where you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning or anytime you like. The entire backyard space is shared but completely available for use. Kitchen area with double induction burner, fridge/freezer, microwave, and stocked with kitchen essentials and much more to make your stay as easy as possible. Smart TV with access to Prime, Netflix, YouTube, and other apps with an Amazon Fire Stick. You will have access to a private parking space off the street. Our guest suite is located in a family-oriented area of Enterprise with quick access to the town's largest park which includes multiple play areas, a walking trail, and numerous sports fields. An easy drive to Ft. Rucker and located just off of Boll Weevil Circle for access to everything Enterprise has to offer. We are easily available via text, phone call, and the Airbnb message board and work with each guest individually about social interaction during their stay based off of guest preference. We are conveniently located near grocery stores, shopping, parks, restaurants, and even down town is less than 4 miles away. Parking is available for one car in our driveway off of the street. Uber is also available in Enterprise. Please note that the guest suite is attached to our garage, however the guests will not have access to the garage. We do have two very social kiddos and no doubt will say hello when they see you. We also have a solid, above ground tornado shelter that would be shared if you happen to be traveling during a stormy season. Safety is a huge deal to our family, and we consider your wellbeing as precious as our own. We take great care and diligence cleaning and caring for this space to ensure its safety to our utmost ability.
