Surrounded by nature, this place is ideal for family weekends, retreats, birthdays or holistic ceremonies. Located just 5 minutes from the El Cristo subdivision, heading to the La Joya subdivision, a place full of calm and good energy awaits you. The space HEATED POOL, Finca La Rosalía has a large garden, terraces overlooking the pool, 4 bedrooms with full bathroom each, campfire area, barbecue area and hammock area. Bedroom 1 (ground floor): 4 single beds (bunk beds). Bedroom 2 (ground floor): 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom 3 (upper floor): 4 single beds (bunk beds). Bedroom 4 (upper floor): 1 double bed and one for a child. Sofa bed in the living room for another extra person. GLAMPING CABIN with TV FOR 2 extra people, ideal for hot weather (not recommended for cold season). Included in the house rental. In total, 16 people can sleep Guest access The area has Uber, taxis, and Didi. Parking for approximately 8 cars. It has home delivery providers (food, ice, soft drinks, etc.) Other things to note Weekend rentals are a minimum of 2 nights, and on weekdays 1 night. Cleaning staff have to come in to check if everything is going well and how many people entered. If you need to hold an event, an extra charge is made, DEPENDING ON THE TYPE OF EVENT AND THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE with limited music hours MAXIMUM 11 PM, OTHERWISE AN EXTRA CHARGE WILL BE MADE. The house is for 13 people, but there is a sofa bed and a glamping cabin for 3 extra people. We issue INVOICES Note: The number of people staying must be strictly notified.
