Restaurants and independent shops are on your doorstep, as well as Ilkley’s iconic moors, park and river walks. The apartment has some lovely period features and accommodates 7 guests (with the option for 8 - please contact us for details). Free WiFi, Virgin TV, Netflix, bed linen and towels are all included. Please bear in mind the apartment is on the Second Floor with access via stairs only. The space The property has great views to the front towards Ilkley Moor from the living room through the large stone mullioned windows. The accommodation compromises of three bedrooms, a living area, bathroom and kitchen. Bedroom 1: superking bed, vintage furniture and stone mullion windows facing over The Grove. Bedroom 2: superking bed, plus the option to have additional guests and be used as a family room, with a pull out single or double bed, which we would recommend for children only. Bedroom 3: has two single beds. Bathroom: over bath shower, large vintage sink and towel radiator. Kitchen: electric oven and hob, microwave, slimline dishwasher, free standing fridge with a small freezer compartment and a washer drier. Living area: plenty of comfortable seating in which to relax, a TV with Sky TV channels including Disney + and HBO, drinks trolley and a small dining area. Guest access The property is in the center of town, close to all the local amenities. The train and bus station is within easy walking distance and the famous Betty's Tearooms are just a couple of hundred meters away. We are next door to Host restaurant and around the corner from The Box Tree. There is a dedicated parking spot to the rear of the building. For unloading your bags, there is parking directly to the front of the property which is free for one hour with a ticket from the machine. For the duration of your stay there is a parking space to the rear of the building which is signposted as 'OLD TOWN HALL' which is available for your use. Please note that Ilkley operates a residents parking scheme and paid parking to the front of the property is only available for 3 hours (and is regularly patrolled).
