Three miles from Brodick ferry terminal and bus station. There is a bus stop close to the flat. Arran hosts diverse wildlife and boasts 7 golf courses. Secure storage for bikes etc. The space Your private entrance is accessed behind the property via an external spiral staircase to a small balcony which looks across the rear garden. The studio is spacious, bright and airy, with its own ensuite shower room and galley kitchenette. Facilities include; air fryer, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, two ring electric hob, sandwich toaster machine and a slow cooker. This space also includes a smart TV with a basic sky package, information folder for guests containing a 20% discount card for meals and drinks at a local hotel. ( card must be returned to studio) Guest access Guests are asked to park directly in front of the property, it’s a quiet cul-de-sac. The private access is then around to the rear of the house and up a spiral staircase. Other things to note Access via a spiral staircase at the rear of the property. Cycles and golfing equipment can be safely stored for guests in a lockable shed. Just a note, if we have adverse weather on the island our Wi-Fi and internet access can be intermittent .
