Large friendly cottage with indoor pool

Located between Lake Annecy and La Clusaz station, in an isolated setting surrounded by nature, our former sheepfold, transformed in 2008 and restored in 2021, has a maximum sleeping capacity of 18 people and many high-end amenities (heated indoor pool, sauna, 2 terraces, Nordic bath, cinema room, foosball table, fire pit). Lovers of the mountains, nature and sports, we thought of it as a friendly place to meet with friends or family. It has a fireplace, making it a friendly and sharing place. Raclette and fondue sets available.  - Movie theater: sofas, projector, home theater, Blueray DVD available - Functional kitchen with a large countertop and large storage capacity. It is fully equipped and convenient for large groups including fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, Senseo coffee machine + N°2 filter machine, gas stove… This opens directly onto a bar adjoining the pool and foosball relaxation area. Guest access 1000 m unpaved road to access the cottage, (parking available at the entrance of the road for low cars) total immersion and change of scenery guaranteed as close as possible to nature. For winter, snow equipment is mandatory.
