Excellent summer house in Itaipuaçu

PLEASE make the reservation AFTER talking to us. Christmas only from 12/23 Excellent summer house, with three bedrooms, ready to accommodate families and groups. All rooms are air-conditioned and have full beds. Two bedrooms are full suites. Equipped kitchen. Living room with television (smart TV) and table that seats six people. The charm of the house is the outdoor area that has a swimming pool, barbecue, shower, playground and excellent lawn for outdoor activities. The space Property with large yard and lawn, about 50 minutes drive from the capital of RJ. The space is ideal for vacations or short periods of rest. The house has Wi-Fi, smart TV and cable TV. The pool is located in the outdoor area attached to the barbecue area, which also has a wood-burning oven. If the pool is not your thing, you can just rest on the balcony hammocks while the kids enjoy our playground in the yard. The house has 3 bedrooms, two of which are en-suites, and 2 more bathrooms, one of which is in the outdoor area, near the pool. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. We have 8 beds (3 double, 2 single - total of 8 people in bed); we offer mattresses for reservations over 8 people (maximum 12 people). The living room has a sofa, two armchairs and a table with 6 chairs and can also be used for a quieter home office. Guest access The house is more easily accessed by car, but it is also possible to get there by bus, getting off at the Itaipuaçu bus station and then driving to the house. Parking is possible inside the property or even on the street. It easily fits four vehicles. Other things to note The beach can be accessed by car at different points. To Recanto, the house is about a 6-minute drive and a 30-minute walk. The nearest market to the house is just over 1 km away, it would be about 15 minutes on foot or less than 5 minutes by car.
