There is also off street parking easily accessible. A rental car is highly recommended although one can walk to the beach within two minutes. The grocery stores are about a 6-8 minute walk from the condo. And there are some restaurants & bars that are also 6-10 minutes from the condo. Other things to note The condo building includes full-time residents, seasonal residents, and short-term guests, creating a calm and respectful community atmosphere.
