Clean & comfy renovated two-floor townhouse. Sleeps 8 comfortably in 3 bedrooms and an air mattress (8 is possible if you use the air mattress and are on friendly terms). This awesome space is perfect for family trips and groups of friends. It's just far enough off of Main Street that you don't pay tourist prices for every meal but with easy access to the shuttle, resorts, Old Town, grocery stores (important), restaurants, Sundance theaters, the Rail Trail. Quiet cul-de-sac and every bedroom bed is brand new with hybrid gel mattresses and gel toppers. Perfect after a hard day on the slopes or trails. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. 2 bedrooms downstairs have queen beds. Awesome beds with hybrid gel mattresses and gel toppers and multiple pillow types mean you'll get a great night's sleep. Our townhouse also has a garage that can accommodate one car, and an additional 2 spots in front of the house. Space for up to 3 cars in the garage, car port and driveway. Other things to note If you're coming to ski... Deer Valley and Park City are 5 minute drive from the house. The Canyons is 6 minutes away. There is a free Park City shuttle that stops at the end of the street (about a 3 minute walk in ski boots) and takes you straight to the slopes. (Ski + board racks on the bus.) Rail Trail access for world class mountain biking. Wildlife: There's a lot of wildlife in Park City and there are birds and squirrels living in the bak yard. In winter you might see deer around the house and in the back yard and in the spring, summer, and fall you might even see a moose with a calf if you're lucky. Please note that: *** On snow days in the winter, cars must be removed from street for snow removal. (Not usually an issue since you can get 3+ cars in the driveway.)
