Please be aware that a large majority of short term rentals in our building and vast majority of Las Vegas are unfortunately not legally permitted, or located in areas where short term rentals are entirely illegal, and that a reservation with illegal listings may be cancelled at any time, especially with the county’s new law (passed serval months ago) to crack down on unpermitted vacation rentals. All legally permitted rentals are posted on the Clark County website and can be cross checked by host’s first and last name or company name (along with exact unit # within our building posted). This is required even for *all rentals* <30 days of any kind including those located within hotel and condotel buildings. Guest access The suite is entirely yours. Full access to in-building gym and pools. As of June 1, 2021 (subject to change without advance notice): -- Pool Hours -- Our building's pools are open. -- Gym Hours -- Our gyms, located in Towers 1 & 3, are open 24 hours. -- Nearby Restaurants -- A number of food and beverage outlets are open around our building and nearby buildings. Please confirm operating hours upon arrival, as these are run independently and are all subject to change.
