Located in Temecula Wine Country, at the end of the De Portola wine trail. Within minutes to local wineries, dining and local wedding venues. Our home provides a private, peaceful, serene, and romantic setting with an AMAZING view!! The space Guests have access to the entire home. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchen and dining room. Large covered patio with chairs, and picnic table outside to sit and enjoy the view. Guest access Entire home and outdoor setting. Other things to note We provide the basics; sheets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, cups, utensils, pots, coffee maker, and toaster. Guests have access to washer and dryer but guest must provide own detergent. Depending on whether we have guests booked the day prior to your stay or the day after will determine check-in or check-out time. If we have no guests we will be happy to accommodate an earlier check-in or later check-out if needed. Check-in will NEVER be later than 3pm. We ONLY allow 6 guests in the home!!! Unless approved by the owner prior to stay! We live on site as stated above, so if more than six guests are found at the home than an automatic loss of $400 deposit will be charged. Absolutely NO PARTIES of ANY KIND!! The house is located in what is considered a high risk fire zone. During periods of high winds, the electric company has the option to shut off power to the residence. The owner holds NO liability for these occasions. Because the house is located just off a dirt road. Should the road become un-drivable (during rainy season, which is not often in California) the host will notify the guest and give them the option of canceling with refund.
