This stay is situated on the BEACHSIDE and is symbolic of fine design and architecture, making it one of the most ATTRACTIVE and ELEGANT beach villas. 02. Though the property is situated AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE of the city, one can get back to the city of MANGALORE in UNDER 30 MINUTES. 03. The property is perfectly located amidst calm and quiet. It's best suited for FAMILY GATHERINGS as well as SMALL GROUPS OF TRAVELLERS with lots of walking space, a POOL for leisure hours and a LAWN. REASONS to have a look at prior to booking your stay: 01. For meals guests shall have to ORDER FROM THE MENU of a restaurant in the vicinity. Delivery shall be done by the staff at the stay. A part of the course of meals shall be prepared at the stay, on prior requests. 02. The space is located by the beach obviously implying there shall be occasional winds. Winds could lead to INTERNET CONNECTIVITY ISSUES AT TIMES, more so towards the nights with high tides and heavy showers; 3G connectivity is usually available in the sit out. There shall be NO ISSUES with TELEPHONE CONNECTIVITY. Phone connectivity is available at every spot in the stay. Guest access As mentioned, the property is a beach house located in the CALM & QUIET COAST OF DAKSHINA KANNADA. The ARCHITECTURE is AESTHETICALLY PLEASING & MODERN; the property is located bang opposite the shoreline (about 300m from the shore line) and one can view the BEACH FROM THE PROPERTY. The property is equipped with all MODERN AMENITIES & can comfortably accommodate 18 GUESTS. The property is also a home to 2 DOGS who are leashed at all times and do not cause any hindrance to our guests. The VILLA stands out amongst the rest with it's GLASS PERIMETER wall and a HUGE LAWN. On entering the villa, one notices the huge SPACE that can be utilised for GATHERINGS, FAMILY SIT-OUTS and AMPLE SPACE for PARKING. The porch is laid with EASY CHAIRS to relax and perhaps enjoy a hot beverage whilst looking over the beach. The villa consist of 6 BEDROOMS distributed on the GROUND & UPPER LEVEL with standard KING SIZED BEDS, comfortable enough for 2 adults. We also provide ADDITIONAL MATTRESSES, on prior request. All bedrooms are AIR-CONDITIONED and are WELL VENTILATED. 4 of the bedrooms consist of ATTACHED PRIVATE BATHS while the 2 other rooms have a COMMON BATH located just outside the rooms with HOT WATER facility. The KITCHEN is well equipped with all basic cooking amenities including a MICROWAVE, a HOB & WATER PURIFIER. Guests are most welcome to use the kitchenette, if need be. Both the levels consist of a LOUNGE SPACE, complete with a DINING AREA. Guests consuming alcohol during their stay are requested to do so responsibly. The exterior of the villa comprises of a SWIMMING POOL & a LAWN. Guests are requested to avoid wearing sharp footwear in the lawn space. Please AVOID SOILED/DIRTY APPAREL whilst using the facilities of the swimming pool. EATABLES ARE PROHIBITED in the lawn and in the vicinity of the POOL. Guests are requested to adhere to these instructions to help us in maintaining the place clean & tidy. The villa is located on the shores of the BEACH and guests are FREE TO ACCESS it. However, SWIMMING in the waters can prove to be DANGEROUS, if adequate precautionary measures are not taken. On a personal note, STRICTLY RECOMMEND NOT venturing into unknown waters. Other things to note We have ample amount of FREE SPACE FOR PARKING. A PRIVATE means of TRANSPORT shall be ideal since the stay is located about a FEW KILOMETRES or so of the HIGHWAY. The stays are located in a CALM & SERENE environment. Hence, LOUD MUSIC & NOISES are strictly PROHIBITED. Guests choosing to consume HOT BEVERAGES are requested to do so responsibly. Guests are free to carry their OWN CHOICE OF BEVERAGES. Beverages can be also be ORDERED at the stay among the available choices. The same shall be delivered by the caretakers. For all MEALS, guests can ORDER OF THE MENU of a neighbouring restaurant. All other meals shall be CHARGED ON ACTUALS. Appropriate additional DELIVERY CHARGES shall please be applicable.
