VIEWHOUSE-LAKE COMO is a 60 sqm apartment on one floor with a balcony overlooking the lake. The apartment includes: a bedroom, a private bathroom, kitchen, living room with possible sofa bed for 2 more guests. You can take advantage of the convenience of private parking (No. 8) right in the quiet, privately owned courtyard. You can also use the convenient elevator to reach the apartment. The space The apartment is located on the second floor and is on a single floor accessible by a comfortable elevator. ViewHouse-Lake Como is composed as follows: - Bedroom with double bed with good privacy (sheets provided) -Bathroom with a comfortable bathtub and shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine. (hairdryer, towels, detergent, shampoo, body wash and toilet paper are provided) -In the living room you will find a comfortable table with lake view for 4 people, where you can all stay together and enjoy the breathtaking view maybe over a good glass of wine!?.. TV Also in the living room is the: - Sofa, which if necessary becomes a bed with lake view for 2 more people. -The kitchen has all the basic equipment for cooking (traditional oven, microwave, kettle with tea/herbal tea, coffee machine, cutlery, pots, etc.) - Also from the living room, through a bright French window, you can access the balcony where you'll find two comfortable deck chairs on which you can lie down and be kissed by the sun. Finally, on the balcony, you will also have an outdoor table perfect for 4 people Guest access Access to the house will be through self check-in. On the day of your stay, I will send you all the details and codes to access the apartment. Self check-in: 24/7 Other things to note - At the time of check-in, the ID details of all guests (minors included) will be required as per protocol. -Free outdoor parking on site (number 8). - From 10:00 pm to 7:30 am there is a quiet time in the building. (We kindly ask for a cooperation on this and we are sure of your understanding) - For short stays, trash can be left in the designated bins, while for long stays, you will be sent information on where to dispose of the bags. -Ascreen elevator that leads directly to the floor of the apartment(2 floor) or the garage and then can comfortably reach the car. - For reservations for 2 people, if you need separate beds, please let us know 24 hours before arrival.
