We are minutes from Stonewall golf course and restaurant The Mines & Meadows ATV Park & Pittsburgh Raceway. There are plenty of great parks and fishing spots within a 5 mile radius. 15 minutes from Cranberry & 35 mins from downtown Pittsburgh. A perfect getaway if your looking for fresh air, peace & quiet and a place to just relax and not be bothered. Working farm w/horses & dogs so wear your boots and expect to get dirty!! Attention Winter Guests: We provide one 100 pound propane tank for heating and cooking per month all other propane refills will be the sole responsibility of guest. Space is a camper with all the amenities. Private bedrooms, bathrooms, & showers. Our stables have another shower and bathroom, washer/dryer, full lounge and picnic area with grill. Free trailer parking on property. This is a working horse farm and boarding facility. Dress accordingly!! Guests have access to the entire farm. The lounge and additional shower/restroom located in the stables is always open for our guests. We value your privacy and will not bother you. If you need something feel free to call or text us and we will make sure to take care of you. We do not have a cleaning crew and expect you to keep your rooms clean daily. This is a rural farm area we are out in the country where there is plenty of peace and quiet but also 15 minutes from shopping malls. Walk, run, ride horses!! ANY GUEST STAYING DURING THE WINTER SEASON WILL BE PROVIDED ONE FULL 100 POUND PROPANE TANK PER MONTH FOR HEATING AND COOKING, GUEST WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXTRA PROPANE NEEDED THIS INCLUDES ALL REFILLS FROM OUR PROVIDER. NO EXCEPTIONS! YOU MAY USE YOUR OWN PROVIDER FOR PROPANE REFILLS. HORSES AND DOGS ARE A POTENTIAL HAZARD TO BOTH ADULTS & CHILDREN BY BRINGING YOUR CHILDREN ON TO NEW DAWN FARMS PROPERTY YOU MAY BE JEAPORDIZING THEIR SAFETY. ANYONE ENTERING PROPERTY ENTERS PROPERTY AT THEIR OWN RISK AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH PENNSYLVANIA EQUINE LAWS Children 12 and under not permitted without written prior authorization . We ask that you do not approach any rider on horseback without prior permission There is NO SMOKING throughout the property due to the risk of starting a fire in our barns..we do have a designated smoking area.
