We have an 1850sf house that is 15 minutes away from the August National. The property is located 2 miles off of exit 1 in South Carolina. It is only 1 exit away from Augusta Georgia. The neighborhood is quite and surrounded by nature and trees. The house was built in 2013 and we have been the only owners. The space The house is very nice and clean. Hardwood floors in most of the house. Full kitchen, coffee machines, etc.
