One bed self contained barn in an idyllic setting.

Orchard Farmhouse barn is a beautifully newly renovated barn conversion, that offers traditional country comfort, with a contemporary style. Oak floorboards throughout, and a wood burning stove, comfy sofas, and a freestanding bath for long soaks after a day in the countryside! The barn is situated within the South Downs National park. There are many walks straight from the barn, and the hamlet of Ramsdean is part of the South Downs Way, with the market town of Petersfield just 3m away. The space The barn at Orchard Farmhouse has just been renovated, the design has retained some of the 16th century barn,whilst adding more modern comforts, such as a freestanding bath,underfloor heating,a woodburner, and a 60" TV & free wifi. The position is truly magnificent, and the hamlet of Ramsdean is a wonderful place for walking. The beautiful village of East Meon is just minutes away,and offers a great pub. Petersfield is just 3m away, and has many restaurants , pubs & supermarkets.The historical city of Winchester is only 17m away. Goodwood & Cowdray can be reached within 25 mins. Guest access The barn is fully self contained, and has a huge open plan kitchen and dining /sitting room area. There is a cloakroom downstairs, and a bathroom upstairs with a bath & shower. Guests will be provided with coffee, tea & milk. Extra meals can be arranged at an extra cost by arrangement. Other things to note The barn is located within the property of Orchard Farmhouse, which is my family home. I will be onsite if you need me, but the barn is seperate from the house. We do have a very friendly Cockapoo puppy, so I hope you are ok with the occasional visit (only outside). We also have 4 pet sheep which occasionally come when called.
