There is a wrap around deck, 2 fire pits & a large driveway, so bring your ATV or Water toys to park. This 3 bedroom, (1 King, 1 Queen, with 2 twin beds located off Queen bedroom) 1 bath cottage. Full Kitchen, Washer & Dryer. The space Beautiful Up North Cottage getaway that sits on a huge Corner lot on a dead end street with 3 nicely wooded lots for added privacy. Large driveway, so bring your ATV or Water toys to park them close to home. There is a wrap around deck perfect for morning coffee, bird watching or just enjoying the fresh air. There are also 2 fire pits (we always try to have firewood available for our guest) located on the property one small and one large fire pit for more of your guest to gather and enjoy. This 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage offers plenty of sleeping accommodations, 1-Room with Queen Bed that has an additional 2nd room with 2 twin beds and the 3rd bedroom with a King bed. The cottage is equipped with all the necessities of home, to include Washer & Dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Stocked Kitchen, Linens, Grill, TV in each room, Wifi, Cable, Horse Shoes, Corn Hole, kan jam, bottle bash, lots of board games and 5 adult bicycles and 1 child bike. There are 2 AC units in the home during those hot summers. Also guest have full access to the Garage where you will find 6 bikes, the grill, a picnic table & hammock for additional outdoor hangout space. You also have access to the shed that holds all the outdoor games. Enjoy all that Northern Michigan has to offer with plenty of Hiking, Fishing and boating in the area. There is a Jet ski drop in at the end of our street and also a Boat Marina less than 2 minutes away that offers pontoon boat, kayak, paddle board rentals. Garland Gulf Resort is less than 7 minutes away, TreeTops Ski and Extreme snow Tubbing is 20 minutes away. The wedding venue "Manor at Fire Tower Hill" is less that 10 minutes for our home. Lots of ATV, Snow mobile, and biking trails for you to explore. There is also a small town in Lewiston located less than 5 minutes, here you will find a BEACH, grocery store, Banks, gas stations, Bait, Restaurants, coffee shop, Ice cream shops, Pontoon Rental and a couple antique shops.
