Other things to note Please note: This cottage is 700 sq feet - suitable for max of 5 adults. There is a bunk bed for children which allows for a max of 7 guests total. This cottage was built in 1952 and is on a concrete block foundation with no basement. The cottage has been updated/remodelled but is not in perfect condition. (ex, chip in paint, scratch on fridge etc.). There are no window coverings on the 2 back windows in the kitchen, as those windows face the backyard, and is private. The kitchen floor is cold in the winter. The floor is not perfectly even near the laundry. There is a large forest and a lake nearby so there will be wildlife such as chipmunks, squirrels, mice, raccoon, and skunk. There also may be bugs such as flies, mosquitoes ants or spiders. The cottage is in a mature neighbourhood and there are neighbours closely by. THE PLUMBING IS SENSITIVE. The drain in the shower drains slow. Sometimes it makes a gurgle noise when you run the sink. Our cleaning standard is very high for our guests; however we cannot control the environment, wildlife. The backyard backs onto a street - so cars can be heard sitting in the backyard. There is a large woodpile at the back of the yard.
