My Adirondack Home - Very Scenic

Spectacular views! - Enjoy waking up every day to the wildlife and one of THE BEST views in the Adirondacks! 3 Bedrooms, 1 guest bath. Open kitchen/ Great room, wood fire, deck, BBQ grill and a fire pit for a bon fire and s'mores! This listing is for a private room and SHARED USE (with Hosts) of the kitchen and great room. The owners (my husband and myself) DO LIVE in the house, but try to give our guests as much privacy as possible. The space Spectacular views! THREE BEDROOMS each have their own bed: 1 King, 1 Queen, and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. Linens are provided. 1 hallway bathroom for your family or group to use. The open kitchen / Great room, wood fire, and wrap around deck are SHARED with the owners (my husband and myself), but never with other guests. Enjoy being entertained by wildlife (deer, geese, turkeys, turtles, birds) and the everchanging seasons. The perfect HOME AWAY FROM HOME to spend your vacation or getaway in the beautiful Adirondacks! Guest access As a guest you will have access to the main floor of the house (kitchen, great room, bathroom and the bedroom(s)). Also, the deck which has an outdoor grill available for cooking year round and seating to drink your morning coffee or just relax. Outside there is a large yard to play games, take a walk, or sit by the fire. Of course, S'mores are always an option! Feel free to pitch a tent in the yard if you need to get that camping craving out of the way. The frogs and crickets will sing you to sleep! During your stay THIS IS A SHARED LIVING SPACE with the OWNERS similar to a B & B. We have our own bedroom and bathroom in one corner of the house. Our guests have access to 3 bedrooms and a hallway bathroom in another corner of the house. Once we accept a reservation, we do NOT take any other reservations during your stay to respect your privacy and comfort! You may see us wander through the living room / kitchen as we come and go throughout the day or to get our morning coffee. Feel free to quiz me at that time to ask for the local tourist destination or guidance in where to eat or hike. We hope you will love our home as much as we do! We are happy to be able to share it with you! Other things to note COFFEE - We have a Kuerig coffee maker with a selection of coffee for your use. If you have your own favorite, please bring it along. WATER - We have excellent drinking water that comes from our well. FOOD - In the mornings I have coffee, tea, hot chocolate, orange juice, eggs and toast available (for you to prepare). I occasionlly make fresh muffins in the morning (no promises). Please be prepared to bring or buy your own food / snacks for your meals or eat out at any of our fine restaurants. CELL SERVICE - We have excellent VERIZON cell service. TV - we do have a large screen TV, but we do not have cable. We cut the cord! However, we use Chromecast to watch movies from YouTube and Netflix.
