Vintage Apartment Historic Center Nova Prata

Bright, spacious and cozy apartment on one of the main roads in the historic center of Nova Prata, two blocks from the original headquarters of Clube Grêmio Pratense, bars, restaurants, squares and city services. The apartment is also our house, shared so that other people can have beautiful experiences in the mountainous region. Gastronomy, live music and good walks await you in a small, organized and quiet town. The space The property is located on the second floor of a family building. Construction from the 70's, large parts, lots of light, natural cross ventilation, wood stove, shower with pass-through heater (gas), balcony with front view, located a few steps from the interesting Domingos Battistel Municipal Museum and Praça da Bandeira (the main one in town). Guest access The accommodation offers a covered parking space within the condominium itself. Free parking is allowed on the public road, in front of the building, for other cars. The circulation in the historic and commercial center of the city is an excellent option for walking. The car can be useful to access more distant points, such as the Caldas de Prata Hydrothermal Complex and beautiful options located in the countryside and in neighboring municipalities, which exhibit a fundamental chapter of the history of Italian colonization in the 19th and 20th centuries in Brazil. Most of the roads are surrounded by a lot of nature.
