We are a 4-minute drive from downtown, large 160 square meter independent 2-story apartment with terrace, BBQ area, with 4 comfortable bedrooms, we have a jacuzzi for 3 people, spacious kitchen with all utensils, free water bottle. We are located in a very safe residential neighborhood close to everything you need. The space We are a 4-minute drive and an 8-minute walk from downtown Baños. My apartment is spacious with two floors, located on the second and third floors of the house; I have 4 bedrooms. Second floor: room 1: two double beds (sleeps 2) and a double floor mattress. Room 2: one king size bed (sleeps 3) and one double bed (sleeps 2) Third floor: Bedroom 3: one double bed (sleeps 2) and two beds of one and a half places. room 4: one double bed (sleeps 2) and one and a half single beds. We also have 3 additional double mattresses. Maximum capacity up to 21 people with additional payment after the 17th guest Please ask for the price per person per night before booking if there are more than 16 people. 2 living rooms, dining room and large kitchen 3 full bathrooms in total. Terrace and BBQ area, Jacuzzi for 3 people.
