We provide a Keurig and regular coffee maker and make our best effort to keep K-Cups available. R.O water purifying system under kitchen sink. Please note the fireplace doesn’t burn wood or logs. It’s a gas fireplace that burns ceramic logs only. Central A/C The entire cabin except for the shed downstairs. Please be aware during the winter months it may snow so please make sure your vehicle is suitable for the weather. We are always happy to answer any questions our guests might have. A guest Information book is available for local emergency numbers. We can be available in person for some visits if needed. Please note we love fur babies but don’t allow pets in or on premises. There will be a $150.00 charge if a fur baby is found on premises. This is a smoke free cabin. The gas fireplace only burns ceramic logs, please don’t put wood or trash in the fireplace. Please don’t set the A/C below 70 in the summer or it will lock up the unit and a plumber will be called at the renters expense. Please don’t put feminine products or wipes in the toilet, use the trash can provided. Grindstone Lake is a 5 minute drive and within walking distance to main strip. Inn of the Mountain God’s Casino and resort is a 10 minute drive from our cabin. Ski Apache is approximately a 20-25 minute drive. The race-track is about a 10 minute drive. Walking route to main strip is approximately 5 minutes from our beautiful cabin. Absolutely no parties permitted on premises. We strive to provide high quality in our furnishings, amenities and cleanliness to ensure a great experience at our cabin. Max occupancy is 3 guests. No pets in or on premises and this is a smoke free cabin. Fireplace to be used between the months of November through January As for the A/C Please DON’T set the thermostat below 73 degrees or the unit will lock up due to the humidity. If a plumber has to be called due to the unit locking up it will be the guests responsibility to pay the bill. The single bed is a futon in the living room that folds out. It can accommodate one adult or child. There is a memory foam topper that is available in the bedroom closet to put on the futon if desired. Airbnb doesn’t give the option to select a futon for bedding. No Smoking permitted inside or outside cabin. Not a pet friendly cabin (love fur babies but not in our cabin). Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. per code enforcement. Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur on premises. Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of guests. By accepting this reservation all guests agree and assume the risks of any harm arising from their stay/or use of the premises. Guests agree to maintain furnishings and property in good use and will utilize appliances for their intended use. Guests will be liable for any broken items, tears to furnishings or any misuse of the cabin. Linen, towels or any furnishings are not to be removed from the premises. A fee will be charged for missing items. Cable is provided on the lflatscreen TV only, which is also a smart TV and there is WiFi throughout the cabin.
