This small, cozy cottage is located in downtown Lancaster and within a short walk of multiple museums, bars, restaurants, farmers market, and seasonal downtown events. The space The Pearl Cottage is located on a quiet, one way street in the historic district of Lancaster, OH. The family home was originally built in another part of Lancaster in the mid 19th century. 50 years later the home was loaded onto a wagon and relocated to the top of Main Street hill. In the 1980's the home was in disrepair and on the verge of being torn down. A local family renovated it and the charming dwelling has been in continuous use ever since. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire cottage which is a 2 story home with full kitchen, family room, living room, bathroom, laundry room, garden patio, utility room, owners bedroom, guest room, loft, and off street parking. Other things to note A full kitchen and patio is available for dining in or family meal outside.
