Soak in a Hot Tub after a day of adventure under our famed starry sky while listening for a coyote's howl. Or, get cozy next to an outdoor campfire. This basement apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for your use or you can create a picnic to take on one of the many local trails within a mile. Or stay in, play games, watch movies, get cozy... Memories await! The space This is a basement apartment and hosts live upstairs. You have your own private entrance to enter the apartment which is down a small set of stairs. There are three bedrooms with a queen bed in each and 2 more pull out beds in the living room. You will have access to your own picnic tables and firepit, your own grill, and a basketball hoop outside near the hot tub. We have a number of backyard activities available for your enjoyment. Including soccer balls, basketballs, giant bowling pins, and crocque. The backyard lawn is shared and you may see us outside in the evenings, enjoying the evening air, coloring with sidewalk chalk, playing, or riding bicycles. We are happy to say hello! Guest access The apartment is completely available for your use during your stay, including the kitchen and the washer/ dryer. The backyard lawn is shared, but guests have access to their own grill, picnic tables and basketball hoop. There is also a hot tub for you to enjoy! Other things to note We have an Orange tabby cat called 'Youngin' on the property. He is very friendly and loves when you pet him, but the cat will try and sneak into the apartment, so please keep eye out for him when going in and out of the door.
