Quiet, beautiful apartment in the countryside

Sit back and relax in this tranquil, stylish retreat. Enjoy comfortable holidays with us or a well-deserved end of work in a wonderfully quiet, sunny location on the edge of the Swabian Alb, which is centrally located for many excursions. The apartment is on the lower floor of the house. It has a total size of 46 square meters, which is divided into the bedroom, the living/dining room, the hallway and the bathroom. The space The apartment is furnished in a modern style with large sliding doors leading to the full width terrace. The floor is made of high-quality oak parquet with underfloor heating. The apartment has a total area of 47.7m², plus the wooden terrace. The bed has a size of 180cmx200cm. There is also a sofa bed in the living room with a lying area of 190cmx108cm. Upon request, a third guest can also stay here for shorter stays. Bed linen and towels are provided, as is a welcome bottle of mineral water and a few capsules for the Nespresso machine. The hiking trail into the Swabian Alb Biosphere Reserve begins directly above the house. On our "Gütle" there is the "Taiga lounger" with a distant view and invites you to read and relax. The apartment was set up in May 2022. Guest access You can park directly in front of the house or on the hiking car park above the houses Other things to note Internet is available, 200Mbit downstream, 40Mbit upstream, via WiFi with an access point in the living room, if required also via LAN. A TV with UHD resolution is available. "Lake access, guests can access a lake via a path or jetty?" is asked by airbnb, and indeed, 3 small lakes are at the other end of the village; you can take a nice walk along the village or in the forest. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed. If necessary, a third person can sleep there. In principle, however, the apartment is intended for 2 guests.
