Bunk House; Pondarosa Inn Duplex & Water Park

This listing is for the "Bunk House" side of our duplex apartment. There is a two door passage between the two apartments (like in a hotel suit) and can be locked from either side. Both sides have fully equipped kitchen areas with refrigerator, stove, sink, dishes, and cooking utensils. Each has a full bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower. By staying in either side of the duplex you have access to all of the same amenities you would have if you were staying in the main house with a great $. The space The north side of the duplex which we call the (Bunk House) has a single bedroom with two queen size beds in it and there is also a hide a bed couch in the living room area. It can easily sleep 6 comfortably. The south side of the duplex which we call the (Line Shack) is a studio style apartment and it has a queen size bed and a couch in it. It will accommodate up to 3 people. Guest access With this listing you will only have access to the "Bunk House" side of the duplex apartment. If you would like to rent both sides of the duplex; just let us know and we will extend a special discounted price that will save you about 20% per night for your stay. Note; if you rent both sides of the apartment and then cancel out on one side; you will lose all special offer pricing.
