Recently renovated, large semi-detached family home in the heart of Bristol. Set in a quiet, family friendly neighbourhood within walking distance of parks. Off street parking for 2 cars & ample free parking on the surrounding street. Regular buses into the city centre round the corner. Spacious kitchen diner with sliding doors leading onto a raised patio & stunning garden. Underfloor heating in the kitchen diner & a log burner in the sitting room. Play room with lots of children’s toys. The space This is our family home and we want you to feel welcome like a home away from home! The bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. We love our house and we hope you enjoy staying in it too - it is clean, comfortable and relaxed but it is not a 5* hotel! We have flexible bedroom arrangement depending on your needs - for example cot if you have a toddler and an extra travel cot can be left. Ask if we have the things you need for children to make your stay easier! Please note trampoline used at own risk. Guest access Friendly neighbourhood with stunning Blaise Castle Estate, Co-op local, coffee shop, playgrounds and pub all walking distance. Other things to note This property is not for parties or any form of antisocial behaviour. We are on great terms with our neighbours and we want to keep it that way. For the above reasons we can only accept family bookings who agree not to play loud music late at night.
