Take Time in Trenton

Comfortable older home in a quiet family neighborhood downriver. Just 30 minutes from Downtown Detroit, close to shopping, restaurants, parks, and river. The space Two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom located upstairs. Living room, dining room and kitchen on the first floor along with a second half bath (toilet and sink). There is sofa with a pull out bed in the living room. The pull out sofa is not the most comfortable (as these beds often are). This home is over 100 years old and has be remodeled to varying degrees over the years. As a result, it is quirky. There are some original interior doors and some newer doors. The stairs squeak and trim does not match throughout the house. This house is clean and cozy. Guest access I will send you a updated lockbox code by 3pm on check-in day. Other things to note The house is about 1-2 blocks from a very active freight railroad. Guests will hear the train during all hours of the day and less frequently but during the night as well. The house is over 100 years old and has been updated to varying degrees over the years. As a result, the house is quirky (squeaky stairs, original hardwood floors, original interior doors and new interior doors, trim that doesn't match perfectly, etc.). This house is clean, comfortable and well appointed to fit your basic needs. The house does not have central air conditioning (amenities section states "No Air Conditioning"). However, there are window AC units in the upstairs bedrooms.
