A cozy NEW modern cottage of 90 sq.m. with a terrace of 25 sq.m. on the shore of Lake Ladoga on the island of Riekkalansaari. Designed for 3+3+2 people for a family vacation, at least 2 days. Two separate bedrooms and a loft, fully equipped kitchen, living room, sauna, toilet, shower, TV, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron. There is a playpen and baby high chairs. The floors throughout the house are heated. A large terrace overlooking the bay is at your disposal! Other things to note You can bring a pet with you. Additional fee for the pet is 1500₽ for the entire stay. When checking in with a pet, a security deposit of 10,000 rubles is required, which is returned after departure.
