The space The apartment is fully equipped and we are awaiting to host you. And it will be your second safe and clean home. It is located on 4th floor in new building (just built 2 years ago). We provide for your comfort in bedroom/living room - all bedsheets, blankets, pillows. You can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea at the balcony with fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom has a washing machine, and all toiletries including towels and shower gels. It has a plenty of storage place. Nowadays, we also supply extra disinfection materials. There are limited people living in the building therefore you are completely safe. Guest access There is an elevator and being located in fully barrier-free modern building. Other things to note The Studio can accommodate maximum 2 adults. It is also available for long-term rentals.
