When the upstairs airbnb is booked, for your stay, No one else will be in the downstairs villa, ensuring your privacy is maintained at all times. If you need extra room, the downstairs villa can also be made available for stays of 3 nights or more, subject to the owner’s approval. Booking both levels gives you exclusive access to the entire property, offering 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total. If you’re interested in reserving the whole house, feel free to get in touch. The downstairs villa is charged at the same nightly rate as the upstairs level. Guest access Our house has a double off street parking spaces. Guest have access the Famous James st at Burleigh, Tally Creek and Burleigh Headlands, via a short walk. We recommend walking everywhere as parking at Burleigh Beach in the tourist season and every weekend is especially busy. We also recommend to hire a lime bike(Electric Bike) which are always around down the beach front. Just download the LIME app and find the closest one to you. Other things to note Strictly No Parties or PETS. We have a ramp at rear access for those guest that find the front stairs challenging.
