"Blue studio" ideally located: train station/downtown

Come and enjoy your stay in Poitiers in this quiet, peaceful and secure accommodation. Ideally located, it is just a stone's throw from the train station and a 5-minute walk to the heart of the city center and a 12-minute drive to the futuroscope. Access to all amenities (bakery, tobacco press, grocery store, restaurants, etc.) The property can accommodate up to 4 people (one bed and one sofa bed available). The space This nice 27 square meter non-smoking studio is composed of a double bed (new bedding) and a sofa bed (new). It includes a kitchen area with fridge, cupboard, dishes and kitchenware. Ceramic hob. It also includes a table and 4 chairs, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee maker. (Some capsules are provided but be careful there is no Nespresso store in Poitiers, so if you are a big coffee drinker plan to bring some with you :)) Bed linen and towels provided. Check-ins start at 2pm and check-outs start at noon to allow me to meet health standards for the next guest's arrival. Guest access Direct access to the train station exit through the first entrance of the residence secured by digicode. The accommodation has a second entrance on the city center side (also secured by a digicode) that allows travelers to access the heart of the city center directly on foot. You can also park your vehicle either at the Toumaï parking lot or around the residence (many parking spaces nearby) free from 7pm and free on Sundays throughout the day. Other things to note I would like to emphasize that I respect the cleaning and sanitation protocol put in place according to the site. Everything is disinfected before guests arrive and hydroalcoholic gel is available in the apartment.
