Enjoy a large walk out deck for morning coffee or evening cocktails under the shade of huge walnut trees. Even on rainy days the sunporch (our favourite spot), is to be enjoyed. West facing for beautiful views of farm fields, and taking in star gazing or sunsets in complete privacy. It feels like a blissful Sunday afternoon … no matter what day of the week it really is! (3 season sunporch) If what you are seeking is reflection and rejuvenation, you’ve found the place to do that. **We are a Licenced BnB; fire, electrical and property inspected.** Kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals. We get you started with coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper. A full size washer, dryer and dishwasher. Lovely dining room which seats 6 comfortably. Living room includes a 55” smart TV with Roku. Free WIFI; 25Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed. Also available is a DVD player with a selection of movies. We have board games for all to enjoy and toys for younger kids. Up a flight of stairs, you will find a spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower (no bathtub). Central air conditioning. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Other things to note Spring, summer and fall are planting and harvest seasons. There may be farming activity during your stay. The fields surrounding the farmhouse are planted with crops.
