You will be welcome in my home, among my plants and my decor, ideally located to discover and enjoy Sète. The "Quartier Haut" is central, picturesque and artistic, close to Les Halles, the sea and the quays. The apartment offers a small sea view from the loggia where you can have breakfast in the sun in the morning in winter, and beautiful view of the upper district illuminated in the evening in summer (winter too but it's cool;) The apartment is an old and atypical duplex that consists of: Upstairs, a double living room with a sofa bed 2 (small) places, a first bedroom with a solid mezzanine bed 2 places, the toilet, and a second bedroom with a sofa BZ 1 comfortable place that gives access to the sunny loggia. Downstairs, you will find the bathroom with washing machine and a large bright and very pleasant kitchen, all equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker etc). It opens onto the flowered terrace where you can have lunch or take a break on the deckchair in the shade of the orange tree and the virgin vine in summer. The apartment can very comfortably accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults and 2/3 children. Guest access Transportation: By train: from the station, €1.30, bus line 3 (Pénitents stop, less than 5 min from the apartment uphill). The train station is a 20-25 minute walk away. By car: Free parking spaces throughout the neighborhood (subject to availability depending on the time, in summer it can be complicated!) + you can park double-parked without any problem in front of the door while unloading. Free parking at Place de l'Hospitalet (5 min), at the Paul Valery Museum (10 min uphill), and paid parking in town (at Les Halles). Other things to note You will be at my home, so you will stay there among my plants, my things, and my decor, and maybe my cat :). The apartment is old and some of its amenities too!
