The space The space features an open-concept layout with a private verandah which is accessible from both the living and master bedroom With three bedrooms, 2 full baths (master ensuite) and a guest toilet, there is space to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The outdoor is just as spectacular with a large, well-manicured garden suitable for a private time of relaxation and perfect for an evening of stargazing and a glass of wine. You also have the option of sitting in your private verandah, which is accessible from both the master bedroom and living room, or under the gazebo. There is ample parking of up to two vehicles which is ideal if travelling in a group. For your added relaxation, we provide cleaning services every morning, at a time convenient to you. For added security,a local police station is located just 10min away. Lusaka is currently experiencing extended hours of load shedding of up to 21 hours a day. The apartment has an inverter and solar panels to provide back up power during load shedding. Sockets for TV, wifi, fridge, bedside lamps and charging of devices are powered by the inverter as well as lighting in all the rooms. However, the microwave, geyser, washing machine and aircons are not connected to the inverter. They can only be used when power is restored. Therefore, hot water is only available as and when power is restored. Maid service is available on request and is charged separately There is also a gardener working on the premises 6 days a week.
