Most lights and televisions are google voice controllable, The storage shed and bedroom 3 will be locked and innaccessible to guests. Pets must be pre approved before booking, & should not be hair shedders, and must be quiet so as not to upset neighbouring tennants of the strata complex. Pets must not be left alone unnatended in the property.
