THE STARGAZER Adorable pod with stunning views

Find peace & tranquility in this sweet & stylish space with views of a lake, forest & farmland. Experience solitude & privacy with only a small distant cottage in sight. Swim in the river, see the stars at night, Roos at dusk & dawn and a few cows. It is off-grid with solar power and water must be carted in. For the hot days there is an air cooler ( no Aircon), it always cools down at night. No heater inside but it is never too cold in winter. Firewood provided. Cooking on bbq outside! 😊 The space The Stargazer is a very zen space - cute and clean, compact and convenient for a lone traveller or couple seeking some peace and solitude. The Stargazer is off-grid and on hot days there is an Air cooler, no air conditioning! It always cools down in the evening. During the cooler months firewood for an outdoor fire is provided. Currently there is no heater in the Stargazer, but as it is a small space it is never too cold. The Stargazer provides for simple fare with a fridge, a bbq and frypan, electric kettle and toaster. Your host, Sylke, is just 2 minutes away and happy to provide breakfast as an extra if you prefer. She also offers a wonderful restorative massage in her exquisite massage room. Guest access The Stargazer is situated at the end of an 800 metre dirt track which is fine for any car except low lying sports cars !!! but most suitable for 4 wheel drives. The road is heavily compacted and holding up very well!!! You can book a Thai healing massage on sight. There is also an art gallery on the property which is open by appointment. Preview at Art2enjoy. You’ll be just 8-15 minutes drive from magical Mystery Bay and other beautiful beaches. And Tilba, a sweet heritage village, is just 8 minutes away, with the famous Tilba Pub, a post office, cafes, and cheese maker and leather worker among other cottage industries.
