Enjoy the jacuzzi, garden and terraces in the summer, or the open fires, indoor playrooms and comfortable living rooms of the house in the winter. Ideal for hiking or biking. The space In the heart of a small, quiet and picturesque village, our house is a place that allows you to recharge your batteries, disconnect from stress and share pleasant moments with your loved ones. You will find in this magnificent country house - a Jacuzzi, a large garden with covered terrace, comfortable outdoor living and dining room, a BBQ, a brazier, 5 large bedrooms, 2 living areas plus two indoor play areas. 3 of the 5 bedrooms have a 180x200 bed, 1 of the bedrooms has a 160x200 bed, and the last bedroom has 2 single beds of 90x200 that can be joined together to form a double bed of 180x200. This last room also has a bonus bunk bed and is ideal either for 4 children or for a couple and 2 children. 5 bedroom house, ideal for 12 people (maximum 10 adultes). The house has a very large living room of +- 70m2 composed of a lounge area with 2 3-seater sofas and a 2-seater sofa around a fireplace with an open fire, a dining room that can accommodate 10 guests, and a space dedicated to board games and an indoor game room with a game of table soccer and pinball machine. A second living room located next to the kitchen is designed for relaxation in a large 3-seater sofa facing a second fireplace with an open fire. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and baking with your family or friends. Outside, in addition to the large garden, you will find a very large terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi, a covered area to enjoy the outdoors even in case of rain, a 7-seater garden lounge, 12 additional garden chairs, and a very large outdoor table with 10 chairs and a large umbrella. Guest access All amenities are available by car or bicycle. Private parking spaces are available in front of the house. Other things to note In the heart of a small, quiet, and picturesque village, our house is a place that allows you to recharge your batteries thanks to the calm of the place and the omnipresence of magnificent nature. For these reasons, we kindly ask our guests to respect the surrounding calm by avoiding music or noises that are too loud, even during the day. On the other hand, for more animations and festivities, the proximity of the city of Liege will largely compensate for the calm of the village.
