The space Fully furnished private room: - This is a large bedroom with plenty of closet space, two nightstands and a drawer dresser - Closet has enough space where you can store your luggage and personal belongings. Hangers are provided - Comfy queen size bed with clean and fresh linens, and can hold up to 2 people - Quiet room with lots of privacy and natural light Private Full Bathroom: - Access to a private remodel bathroom - Fresh shower towels will be provided - Extra toilet paper and bath tissue are stocked for your needs - We will provide hand soap, please bring your own toiletries - Enough cabinet space available Guest access All common areas are welcomed! You will have full access to the house including - the kitchen, dinning room, living room, washer and dryer, TV and lots of street parking. Our fully stocked kitchen comes with a gas stove, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven and of course there is plenty of cookware, silverware, glassware, dishware and utensils. During your stay Hector and I are very much looking forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our home. As the hostess, we live in back house (ADU) but we're always in and out. We're always available if you have any questions and most importantly, we respect your space and privacy. Other things to note We'll be available to help guests as needed during your stay for any questions or concerns. Hector or I we'll provide you with house keys upon your arrival. Please let us know in an hour advance to ensure one of us is home.
