Location is ideal just steps from iconic Surfers Beach & all Restaurants and Shopping in Cavill Ave Includes Unlimited Internet/ Heating/Air con?/ TV with youtube (or Netflix etc if you have an account) No kitchen as such but food preparation is possible with Microwave / 2 Burner hotplate / Fridge / Frypan / Toaster / Pots / Plates / Cutlery. Bruce Bishop car Park is nearby & inexpensive. Guest access Light rail stops just steps away. On 17th Floor so has wide views over Surfers & canals and is above street noise. Sunny aspect. Other things to note Check in/ Check Out: Early check in is usually possible at 12.00. Sometimes earlier. Because cleaners work early, guest's check out needs to be strictly 10 am. If you are wanting a later check out please select instead a property that offers late check outs. Parking: Only guests booking through reception get to buy parking at $20 a night as it's a small carpark for a large hotel. Alternative is to park at reasonably priced Bruce Bishop public car park at 10 Beach Road just a couple of blocks away. You can park in front of the hotel & park for 5 minutes while you grab key & put bags in room. Then take car to carpark & walk back in a few minutes. Storing Luggage: We don't have staff to mind luggage and reception don't help airbnbs. Early check in should only mean a short wait in the comfortable lobby. In regards to vacating, there are storage facilities online. Ask me for one 2 blockd awy. Plus Pacific Fair has great storage & comfortable areas to relax in when you're not shopping or eating. Just a few minutes in the light rail straight outside. What better place to spend half a day!
