The couch in the living room can be converted into a bed for guests. There are floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room with very nice views of the Golden Horn and Suleymaniye. Carved ceilings, exposed brick walls, french doors, and a piano create a historic charm. The apartment has a new and spacious natural stone bathroom with a rain shower. There are hardwood floors throughout the apartment. There is also a flat-screen TV, washer/dryer and high-speed internet The apartment is on the fourth floor of a walk-up building. There is an alarm system in the apartment for added security. Price includes VAT, all utilities (except phone calls), wifi, cable, and weekly cleaning. For all maintenance issues and emergencies, we have staff who lives nearby and can come by at short notice. COVID-19 MEASURES TAKEN BY OUR MANAGEMENT: *Our staff has been trained for Covid-19 measures. * After each checkout, the rooms are disinfected with a UV Air Sterilization fogger machine. * All dishes and utensils are washed pre-check-in. * All linens and towels are professionally washed and ironed. * Terrace and all other common areas are additionally disinfected with the UV Air Sterilization fogger machine as well as with bleach solution three times a week. * There is a hand sanitizer at the entrance of the building as well as at the entrance of each apartment. * We provide an individual disposable welcome mask and gloves in each apartment. * All guests’ temperatures are taken upon check-in. * We take each guests’ information upon check-in including where they have been traveling from * AC units are periodically maintained and cleaned IMPORTANT LEGAL INFORMATION: We operate our apartments fully legally and professionally. We ask our guests to sign a residential contract upon check-in; we also take a copy of their passports so that they can be registered in the central official system, as required by law (same procedure as hotels); we issue invoices as our parent company is registered with the tax authority.
